The problem with that house is that it's been on the market (and advertising on the Internet) for years. While it looks like a neat place, I don't think I'd want a survival retreat that thousands of people probably know about!

if it was on a different piece of property it might be okay...but its only 4 acres...you can see your neighbors on 4 acres so its not enough privacy for me...ten acres would be minimum, but 40 is better...or even larger if a person can afford it...

plus its cute how they hid they woodstove pipe to look like a tree, but the reality is you can smell the smoke out of a woodstove from about an 1/8 to a 1/4 mile away depending on the wind...so fire that stove up and the tree camoflauge doesn't mean much...

but still, i think its a cool little place...just on the wrong property...
